What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate high impact issues as necessary
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities
- Adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback while carrying out tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of basic computer processing/data entry software experience
- Strong customer service skills working in a Call Center
- Experience in a Pharmacy environment (Preferred)

- Basic computer processing/data entry software experience in a healthcare-related service
