The Coordinator, Audience Growth & Brand Marketing provides essential administrative and operational support to the NBC Entertainment marketing organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting campaign initiatives across NBC Entertainment brands.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to two executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating rooms and A/V needsArrange domestic travel, manage itineraries, and process T&E and monthly expense reportsOversee general office needs such as facilities requests, supplies, mail/shipping, and maintenance of internal distribution listsAssist with team financial processes, including updating budget trackers, submitting invoices, and managing vendor setup and modificationsMaintain team outâofâoffice calendars and support onâsite needs for meetings, shoots, and eventsContribute to crossâfunctional projects and provide backup support for fellow coordinators as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, or a related fieldKnowledge of and enthusiasm for NBC Entertainment brands including Bravo, NBC, and PeacockFamiliarity with major social media platforms and digital publishing best practicesExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsInterest in marketing, social media, and emerging technology; strong writing ability is a plusAbility to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fastâpaced environmentVideo editing experience a plus; willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Concur, SNAP, Purchase Manager) is preferredBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid leaveTuition reimbursementA variety of other discounts and perksCompany OverviewNBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
