Remote Full-time
• Compensation: $26.90 an hour
• Schedule: Rotating shifts starting at 10 am to 6:30 pm. On call occasionally.
• Basic Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Job Description

The Cooler Service Field Technician is responsible for performing mechanical services on vending, fountain and carton-cooler equipment in the field.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs repair work on refrigeration sealed unit coolers (True, Imbera, IDW)
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
• Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately
• Complete required paperwork
• Provide quality customer service
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
• 1 - 3 years of general technical experience required
• 1 - 3 years of experience working on refrigeration/HVAC preferred
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
• Basic proficiency with computer applications
• Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
• Must have the ability to maneuver equipment in order to perform mechanical services
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
