Contributing Health Writer & Editorial Partner (U.S.–Based | Remote)

We are a U.S.–focused mental-health and telemedicine platform producing trustworthy, patient-friendly educational content on: • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) & Psychiatric Service Dogs (PSDs) • Mental health, anxiety, depression & emotional well-being • Housing protections & disability rights under FHA • Medical marijuana (MMJ) evaluations & wellness care Our mission is to make mental-health support and disability accommodations easier for people who genuinely need help. Role Overview We are seeking a U.S.–based Contributing Writer & Editorial Partner who can bring credibility, accuracy, and an authentic American voice to our content. Most articles will already be drafted by our internal (overseas) writing team. Your job is to: • Edit lightly • Refine tone • Check facts • Ensure U.S. accuracy • Approve final content • Serve as the published author on selected articles You will be featured with: • Author byline • Short bio • LinkedIn / Medium / portfolio link (to strengthen EEAT & transparency) You will ONLY approve articles you feel comfortable attaching your name to. What You’ll Do • Review and refine 4–10 articles per month • Ensure accuracy in mental health, ESA, PSD, FHA, and MMJ-related content • Adjust tone, grammar, and flow to match U.S. standards • Add minor medical/legal clarifications when required • Approve articles for publication under your name • Provide one link to a legitimate public profile (LinkedIn, Medium, portfolio) • Occasionally write new articles if interested (optional) Reviews usually require 15–25 minutes each. Who We’re Looking For Must be located in the United States with strong written English. Experience in ANY of the following is a plus: • Psychology, counseling, social work • Nursing or healthcare communication • Medical writing or health copywriting • Disability services or housing rights • Pet-care, animal behavior, or wellness content • Cannabis/MMJ education You do NOT need to be a clinician — just someone who writes accurately, compassionately, and responsibly.
