Contracts Manager/Analyst with Tech Industry Experience (Remote/Contract)

Latitude is looking for a contracts manager or other legal professional with 4+ years of experience reviewing and editing company contracts for an exciting in-house opportunity handling AI related work with Bay Area based technology company. This is a fully remote position. Applicants must have experience reviewing and editing standard company contracts for a technology company. Experience handling AI related projects is strongly preferred. This is a full-time opportunity without a specific end date. Requirements/Preferences for the Contracts Manager/Analyst with Experience in the Technology Industry (Remote and Contract): • 4+ years of experience drafting and reviewing standard company contracts including NDAs and MSAs • Experience working at a technology company • Experience working on AI related projects is strongly preferred • Outstanding communication skills • Capability and experience to work independently and with a team • Outstanding references Position Details for the Contracts Manager/Analyst with Experience in the Technology Industry (Remote and Contract): • Type of Role: Engagement/Contract • Schedule: Full-Time • Location: Remote (must be comfortable working Pacific or Eastern Time Zone hours) Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
