Contracts Billing Analyst II

Jack Henry is a technology solutions provider for community banks and credit unions, aiming to enhance user experiences in digital banking. The Contracts Billing Analyst will support billing compliance, analyze contract needs, and maintain production contract data while collaborating with various leadership levels. Responsibilities Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts business objectives Evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, etc. production data for trend analysis and recommends process improvements Evaluate internal controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation of policies and procedures in order to adhere to company requirements Monitor contract and billing process changes and distributes necessary information to implement changes to various departments and internal policies Develop and maintain an organized, methodical documentation system for communicating, implementing, and managing new and existing contract and billing data Perform compliance reviews of various applications May perform other job duties as assigned Skills A minimum of 18 months of experience in Finance and/or Accounting Experience with MS Excel in any of the following areas (pivot tables, manipulating macros and advanced formulas) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel up to 5% to attend Jack Henry meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences Bachelor's degree Experience in entering and reviewing contracts into PeopleSoft accounting software Benefits Outstanding benefit programs to ensure the physical, mental & financial well-being of our people is always met Company Overview Jack Henry (Nasdaq: JKHY) is a well-rounded financial technology company that strengthens the connections between people and their financial institutions through technology and services that reduce the barriers to financial health.
