job summary: A Contracts and Pricing Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed. Remote work. A Contracts & Pricing Analyst is needed to manage and lead all aspects of US sell-side contracts for Enterprise and Sales teams, focusing on pricing/rebate agreements and RFP/RFI responses. location: Remote, Remote job type: Contract salary: $28.57 - 35.71 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: • Supports all US sell-side contracts and proposals, focusing on Enterprise Account Management (EAM) and Customer Solutions teams. • Partners with EAM and Sales teams to support pricing/rebate agreement negotiations and drafting. • Manages discount management and Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) responses. • Leads efforts in the creation and organization of all RFP/RFI submissions. • Drafts all contract terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal, EAM, Pricing, Finance, and other Commercial Operations groups. • Develops strategic contract and rebate programs that are financially beneficial to the company and customers. • Reviews sales proposals for products, service, and language to determine proposal feasibility. • Reviews, develops, edits, and writes original proposals and other sales-related documents. • Ensures timely and complete bid delivery for all RFP/RFI submissions. • Maintains contact and cross-collaboration with various departments (Legal, Finance, Distribution, Quality/Regulatory, etc.). #LI-MA1 qualifications: • Experience level: Experienced • Education: Bachelors skills: • Process Improvement Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
