JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator & Compliance Specialist to manage contracts, legal documents, and compliance initiatives across departments. Ideal candidates have startup experience and strong SOC 2, Pll, and ISO 27001 expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Management:
Review, draft, and manage contracts (e.g., sales, partner, NDAs, vendor).
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain an organized contract repository
Compliance:
Oversee SOC 2, PII, and ISO 27001 compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required reports.
Ensure compliance integration in product development.
Legal Support:
Provide legal guidance to Sales, Finance, IT, and Product Development Teams.
Identify and mitigate legal risks.
Assist with other legal matters as needed.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Support deal desk to streamline sales processes.
Align contract terms with business goals.
Integrate compliance into IT and product development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven Contracts Administrator experience in startups.
Strong grasp of contract law and compliance.
Salesforce proficiency; understanding of sales processes.
Familiarity with SOC 2, PII, ISO 27001.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Flexible and adaptive to change.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Deal desk collaboration.
Background in finance, and IT, product development.
Prior B2B SaaS industry experience.
