About the Role:
Ā Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Airline Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep understanding and passion for the airline industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in airline operations, particularly in Passenger Support Systems (PSS), award pricing, and booking & ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Lead and manage airline operations projects, with a focus on Passenger Support Systems (PSS).
Ā Oversee and optimize award pricing strategies, leveraging ITA software.
Ā Provide expert guidance on Sabre booking and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
Ā Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly within Alaska Airlines, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ā Essential Requirements:
Ā 10-15+ years of experience as an SME in airline operations, with a focus on PSS programs.
Ā Proven expertise in award pricing, ITA software, and Sabre booking & ticketing systems.
Ā In-depth experience working with Alaska Airlines or similar carriers.
Ā Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
