Job Summary:
Robert Half is partnering with a leading insurance services provider to find a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor with strong experience in New York jurisdiction. This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Workers’ Compensation Adjusters handling diverse caseloads.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure claims are managed in accordance with company standards and jurisdictional regulations.
• Talent Development: Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of adjusters to foster a high-performance culture.
• Workflow Management: Monitor workloads, set team goals, and drive productivity and quality outcomes.
• Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and carriers, ensuring proactive and professional communication.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage internal systems to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Active NY Adjuster License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and claims handling procedures
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with multi-state claims handling
• Familiarity with claims management systems and reporting tools
