Contracting Operations and Compliance Manager
Description:
? Manage the strategy and implementation of the enterprise-wide contract lifecycle management tool and its ongoing configuration and maintenance.
? Manage the vendor team that fulfills contract related requests to ensure that submissions meet process and compliance requirements, and manage exceptions.
? Manage contract templates and approval flows in the CLM software.
? Track, assess, and respond to and resolve questions regarding contracting processes.
? Liaise with GFiber business, legal and compliance teams on contracting procedures and policies.
? Develop systems and tools to improve the business? ability to manage contracts and partner relationships, then develop and implement training materials/programs on contracting best practices.
Requirements:
? 7 years of experience working in a contract management, contracting operations, legal operations, procurement, or related environment.
? Experience defining, maintaining, and optimizing the contract lifecycle including... policy maintenance and workflow optimizations.
? Experience implementing contract lifecycle management tools and their governance.
? Experience managing contract and vendor escalations.
