This role focuses on building pipeline, assessing candidates, managing interview processes, and closing talent across multiple technical disciplines.Working in close partnership with hiring managers and the People team, this recruiter ensures roles move efficiently from active search to accepted offer, maintaining a high bar for talent and a strong candidate experience throughout.This role requires the ability to operate with urgency, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and engage senior-level technical talent in a competitive market.Key AccountabilitiesPipeline Ownership: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple technical roles through proactive sourcing and outreachCandidate Assessment: Conduct high-quality recruiter screens to evaluate alignment, level, and candidate motivationsProcess Execution: Drive candidates through the interview lifecycle with speed, coordination, and attention to detailStakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to maintain momentum, align on candidate quality, and ensure timely decisionsClosing and Candidate Experience: Support offer processes and actively manage candidate engagement to successfully close hiresPrimary ResponsibilitiesSource and engage candidates for Domain Leads in Engineering, Principal and Senior Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Database Administrators, Technical Product Managers, and UX and Product Design professionalsBuild and manage active pipelines across multiple concurrent searchesConduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment at a high level, leveling, and candidate fitDrive interview scheduling and coordination in partnership with recruiting support or hiring teamsMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processIdentify and mitigate process bottlenecks to ensure speed and efficiencyProvide real-time feedback to hiring managers on pipeline quality and market dynamicsSupport offer presentation and closing, including navigating candidate questions and competing opportunitiesTop Metrics and DeliverablesActive, qualified candidate pipelines across all assigned rolesConsistent movement of candidates through interview stagesTime to fill and process velocity across open rolesOffer acceptance rate and successful candidate closesPositive candidate experience and hiring manager satisfactionIdeal ProfileProven experience recruiting for technical roles, including senior and leadership-level engineering talentStrong sourcing capability and ability to build pipeline quickly in competitive marketsExperience managing multiple active searches and driving candidates through full interview processesDemonstrated success closing candidatesClear, direct communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environmentEmbodies Prescryptive’s values of ownership, accountability, and bias for actionMinimum Requirements5 or more years of technical recruiting experience in a product or technology-driven environmentDemonstrated experience hiring for software engineering and related technical rolesProven ability to source, engage, and close passive candidatesStrong organizational and process management skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceCompensationThis is a contract role (60 to 90 days). The hourly rate for this position is $90 to $125 per hour, depending on experience. This role is eligible for a project completion incentive, aligned to successful delivery of hiring outcomes.
