A well-established organization (confidential) is seeking a Contract Review Attorney with deep experience in government contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance, and subcontractor negotiations. This is a remote, part-time role with the potential for long-term engagement.
Key Details:
ā¢ 10+ years' experience reviewing and negotiating commercial/government contracts
ā¢ Skilled in drafting subcontracts, task orders, and amendments
ā¢ Familiarity with RFPs, cost-plus/time-and-materials contracts, and federal procurement regs
ā¢ Must be comfortable working independently and interfacing with internal stakeholders
ā¢ Flexible 10-25 hours/week depending on volume
ā¢ Fully remote
ā¢ Temp-to-hire potential based on performance and organizational need
