Contract Presentation Designer for Digital & In-Person Events
• Overview*
We are a SaaS company seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to partner with our Marketing Creative and Events teams to create impactful, brand-aligned presentation templates as well as review team-submitted decks for visual clarity and brand consistency.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on in Google Slides to create and polish decks for both virtual and in-person events. You’ll create templates that are unique and engaging, yet easy for presenters to navigate. During reviews, you’ll use your eye for design and our brand standards to turn complex information into simple, visually engaging narratives that inspire and inform our audiences. You’ll leverage our brand library of images, logos, colors and fonts to create these deliverables.
• Responsibilities*
- Using our existing Google Slides presentation templates as a starting point, create engaging, simple-to-use, net-new templates for webinars, virtual events, and in-person events for several brand identities.
- Educate and train our core Events team on the new templates to maximize engagement and maintain brand standards.
- Review, finesse, and deliver 70+ unique, audience-ready, brand-aligned presentations for events during the course of 2026.
• Qualifications*
-Proven experience as a Presentation Designer
-Hands-on knowledge of Google Slides
-Practical experience building templates for presenters at events and webinars
-Strong communication skills to drive template adoption and to understand and visualize presenter concepts
-(Bonus) Experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative cloud
• Engagement Details*
-Contract will be hourly-based with flexibility to adjust hours as needed
-Initial phase focused on template building, followed by webinar and digital event presentation reviews and enhancements
