Secrets & Legacy Media is a Black-owned multimedia company dedicated to amplifying Black voices, preserving legacy, and sharing stories that inspire and empower. We produce editorial content, lifestyle features, and media projects that center on our community’s experiences and culture.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews for feature stories, press events, red carpet coverage, and other media oppor
tunities.
- Research interview subjects extensively, ensuring all facts are accurate, relevant, and up
-to-date.
Develop thought-provoking, insightful questions that foster deep and meaningful conversations.
Write engaging AP-style articles summarizing interviews for publication on our website.
- Follow up with interviewees to express gratitude and maintain professional relationships.
- Learn and apply producer skills, including managing StreamYard banners, comments, and screen control during virtual in
terviews.
- Proactively pitch interview ideas and research upcoming press opportunities to expand our media p
resence.
