Contract Litigation Attorney (Employment / FEHA) – Remote
We are seeking a California employment litigation attorney with 4–7+ years of experience for contract, project-based litigation assignments.
This role focuses on employment matters, including FEHA claims, with assignments offered on an as-needed basis depending on active cases. Attorneys will have the opportunity to review assignments before accepting and may accept or decline work based on availability.
Projects may include:
• Drafting motions, oppositions, replies, and related filings
• Drafting and responding to written discovery and assisting with discovery disputes
• Trial preparation and related litigation support
Requirements:
• Active California Bar membership
• 4–7+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong law and motion experience
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $100.00 - $135.00 per hour
