Contract Lawyer Needed for Legal Advice

We are seeking an experienced contract lawyer to provide legal advice on various agreements. I have partnership in one motel business, I joined Aug 1st 2023. Now because the business partner insulted me, he yelled at me, showed his anger to me. I feel I do not want to work with him anymore. I asked him to buy me out, he is only willing to pay me what I invested. And the key thing is I have 30% ownership, he has 70%, it's basically he makes decision. I asked for the profit taken for 2025, he told me he wouldn't distribution this year as he is planning to do some projects next year. He told me that I was too expensive to work at hotel this summer, he prefer to let J-1 students overtime, now he is expecting me to work at hotel 8 hours a week next summer. For 30% share, I can't just wait at home for 8 hours per week. He told me that I didn't do anything, but I managed the rates, deal with the 3rd party, helped our manager with the front desk issues, hire J-1s. He told me that he would charge for management @4%, I told him that I would still do the same, manage the rates, deal with 3rd parties, hire J-1s, help our manager with the front desk issues. He told me either me or him to take the management. I do not want to manage this place, 30% share won't feed me, I need to find another job. So I want to exit, but it seems the contract is doing his favor, I signed it without checking, so it was my fault. He likes to yell, easy to get angry, I am afraid to even read his text message, I had to block him one time. He yelled at me on the group messages, the group has him, me and our manager and her husband, even them feel sorry for me. Now I don't dare to read the group messages. Apply tot his job
