This includes internal employee engagement initiatives, external community outreach programs, and aligning our cultural values with our corporate strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational behavior and culture-building strategies, along with exceptional communication and project management skills.This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on building inclusive and vibrant workplace cultures. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.Foster a sense of belonging, inclusion, and alignment with company values across all departments.Conduct regular assessments of workplace culture, utilizing surveys and feedback mechanisms to inform practices.Plan, organize, and promote internal events and activities that align with company values (e.g., team-building exercises, wellness programs, diversity celebrations).Collaborate with various departments to ensure the inclusion of cultural initiatives in departmental functions and activities.Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking to participate in or propose cultural events and initiatives.Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to promote the company’s cultural initiatives within the community.Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and community service projects that reflect company values.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to share insights and best practices in building a positive culture.Develop and disseminate communication materials (newsletters, intranet updates, social media posts) to promote cultural initiatives and successes.Act as a culture ambassador, promoting and explaining cultural initiatives to new hires and existing employees.Monitor the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to reflect progress on culture-related initiatives and employee engagement metrics. Qualifications: Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience (1+years) in employee engagement, organizational development, or culture-related roles.Strong understanding of corporate culture, employee engagement strategies, and workplace diversity and inclusion.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.Proficiency in project management and multitasking, with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with tools and technologies for employee feedback (e.g., surveys, engagement platforms).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
