Flextek Resources has partnered with a Midstream Company located in the Tulsa, OK area that has an immediate need for a Contracts Data Entry Specialist.
This is a contract to hire position, 100% in office, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. They are looking for someone with experience reading and understanding legal documents and contracts. Experience with Quorum Software is a HUGE plus.
Core Responsibilities:
• Make changes relating to contracting parties, name changes, assignments, etc.
• Prepare agreements, amendments, terminations, and contractual notices
• Act as liaison between multiple departments and new contracts, agreements, changes, etc.
• Ensure that documents are logged and tracked until they are completed
• Prepare contract briefs and update computer systems to reflect changes/updates in various systems
• Work with land leases, ROW agreements, and other land related documents
• Reviewing and analyzing files and other tasks assigned as necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2+ years of related experience
• Proficient experience in MS Office Suite (high level proficiency in Excel)
• SharePoint and GIS experience would be a plus
• Must be able to multi-task while keeping organizational skills
• Detail oriented, focused, and time management skills
