? The CONTRACT Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy.
? Responsibilities include creating communities based on level and interest; identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell; and amplifying our customers? stories.

Requirements:
? 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing
? Ability to understand how customers are using Verato solutions to achieve their business goals and translate into marketing programs
? Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
? Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
? Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
