ā¢ Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H-1B, NIV, IV, O-1, EB-1, NIW
ā¢ Supporting a team remotely
ā¢ Preparing and drafting cases
ā¢ Communicating with team members on a daily basis
Profile
ā¢ JD or LLM
ā¢ Admission to a US State Bar or pending admission
ā¢ Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including: H-1B, IV, NIV, etc.
ā¢ Excellent writing skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
ā¢ Excellent case management skills
