The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling innovative solutions that enhance our benefits operations and administration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful benefits programs and operational initiatives and contribute to the success of Pebl’s business objectives.This will be a 3 month contract.How You'll Make an Impact:Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver benefits operations initiativesDesign, build, and maintain benefits processes and workflowsOptimize operational processes to drive efficiency and accuracyLead by example in applying operational and customer-focused standardsSupport operational execution and issue resolutionLet’s Connect If You Have:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceTypically 2–4 years of professional experience in benefits operations or administrationProficiency with benefits systems or operational tools, including Excel and Google SheetsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer mindsetCore Competencies:Ownership & Initiative Proactively manages workload and seeks ways to improve executionCustomer Focus Considers customer impact in decisions and seeks feedbackProblem Solving & Adaptability Prioritizes effectively; solves common issues with minimal help
