Contract Attorney Needed to Review and Streamline Rules & Regulations Agreement
We are looking for an experienced legal professional to review and refine an existing marina and boatyard Rules & Regulations / service agreement. The document is legally sound but overly long. Our goal is to improve clarity, organization, and readability without reducing legal protections. Scope of Work: • Review the current agreement in full • Rewrite sections for clarity and plain-language readability • Reorganize clauses into logical, intuitive subject groupings • Identify redundant or overly detailed provisions • Recommend which sections could be removed from the master agreement and incorporated by reference as exhibits or posted policies Ideal Candidate: • Contract attorney or senior legal professional • Experience with commercial service agreements; marina, maritime, or facilities experience is a plus • Strong drafting and editing skills Deliverables: • Revised master agreement (Word format) • Brief recommendations on potential exhibit-based restructuring Apply tot his job
