Job Summary

As an Art Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the artistic aspects of projects, ensuring that our creative vision is brought to life. You will guide a team of artists, providing feedback and mentoring to help them explore their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities and Skills
• Lead a team of artists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality artwork
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Develop and implement artistic strategies, ensuring that they align with the overall creative vision
• Review and provide feedback on presentations, art concepts, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the artistic quality of projects
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting creativity and innovation
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and goals, and translate them into artistic executions
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects stay within budget
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the team

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Art Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a creative agency or studio environment
• Advertising agency healthcare experience is required.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite, powerpoint, or other design and animation programs
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a desire to continuously improve artistic skills
