Contract Administrator (Senior Procurement Specialist) - REMOTE

Job Description: Responsible for the creation of a new business models for Supply Chain on new and disruptive technologies and high production rate programs, as well as, to update the procurement processes, including drafting new terms and conditions and executing the negotiations to leverage competitive advantages to the Programs. • Direct participation on the definition of the Global Supply Chain Strategy for e-VTOL • Responsible for the selection and negotiation of the main Suppliers for the e-VTOL • Provide guidance for company partnership Strategy on the new technologies • Interaction with middle and senior management (Directors, VPs and CEO) internally and externally RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS: • Develop new business models for e-VTOL Program • Suppliers development for new technologies (prospecting and strategic sourcing) • Defining new terms and conditions for e-VTOL Program • Support aftermarket strategy for Suppliers • Define strategy for having multi-source suppliers • Negotiation of NDA, MoU, Supply Agreement, Product Support Agreement and LOA • Managing contracts and relationships with Suppliers throughout of the development phases • Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent education. • Solid experience in contract negotiation (procurement) • Large experience in defining business model for Supply Chain • + 5 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain • Tech savvy and enthusiast of disruptive technologies ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Complex problem solving • Communication and influencing • Adaptability • Knowledge of Business Finances • Time management • Critical Thinking Apply tot his job
