Continuous Improvement Intern

This role offers hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and change management strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across departments.Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects.Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.Help document current processes and develop updated workflows or standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives.Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and innovation.What You’ll GainPractical experience in process improvement and operational excellence.Exposure to real-world business challenges and solutions.Mentorship from experienced professionals in continuous improvement.Opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive organizational success.Pay Range:-We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
