Location: Basking Ridge, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourWe're looking for a talented Content Strategist- Customer Advocacy Specialist to create user-friendly customer advocacy content, transforming complex stakeholder requirements into compelling stories. In this role, you'll drive Marcom strategy by interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and developing impactful storylines. You'll contribute to story development by writing and revising content for digital and sales enablement teams, while also managing administrative tasks like team huddles, reporting, and project coordination. If you're passionate about content creation and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Creating user-friendly customer advocacy content, often originating from complex stakeholder requirements, including: Marcom strategy: Interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and helping define compelling storylines to meet our marketing objectives. Story development: reading, writing, revising, and building the deliverables for our digital and sales enablement teams. Administrative tasks: team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, required trainings, internal site updates, and staying active in our project management system Qualifications: Experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs. A solid understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals (channels, audience, content types, messaging) with a digital-first mindset.
