This is a high-volume, process-driven role — you'll be responsible for publishing, formatting, migrating, and QA-ing content across our web properties using a CMS. If you take pride in doing repetitive work right, catch errors others miss, and can move through a large queue without losing focus, this role is a great fit. What You Will Do As A Content Publisher Publish and format content in our CMS following documented SOPsClean and review basic HTML markup to ensure pages render correctlyMigrate content between systems accurately and consistentlyQA published pages for formatting errors, broken elements, and anything that looks offFlag issues clearly without waiting for someone to unblock youMaintain a high throughput while keeping error rates lowWhat You Will Bring As A Content Publisher High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus. 3+ years of experience with both traditional CMS platforms (WordPress) and structured or headless CMS tools (Contentstack, Contentful, or similar) Solid written English skills — you don't need to be a writer, but you should be able to recognize when something looks or reads wrong Basic HTML comfort — you're not a developer, but you can read markup and clean it up when needed Ability to follow a documented process consistently, across hundreds of pages Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own queue and know when to ask for help vs. when to keep moving Strong attention to detail — small mistakes compound fast at this volume, and you understand that Experience with content migration projects Familiarity with SEO publishing basics (meta fields, header hierarchy, etc.) A quiet space to work Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload Mobile Android version 7.0+ or above or iOS 13.0 or above The device must be protected with an automatic screen lock and require a passcode, FaceId, or Fingerprint to unlock What You Will Get Supporting Porch GroupQuick recruitment process through video callsMonthly salary: COP 4,300,000.00Training: Pain initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in our role and career.Support: You're working from home, but not alone!
