Responsibilities
Review and moderate online content (ads and user profiles)
Monitor and enforce platform guidelines
Protect users from fraud, cyber-bullying, or counterfeiting
Prevent the trade of illegal products
Provide input on improvements to publication rules
Support users and answer their questions via email
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and English
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Good team collaboration and communication skills
Reliable and committed work ethic
Willingness to work in shifts (Monday - Sunday)
Interest in e-commerce and digital world
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required
