About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven virtual assistant to help bring our digital books to life and launch them into the world with compelling marketing. You’ll take book outlines and turn them into written content using AI tools, create strategic marketing campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and email, and manage automations through Mailchimp. Key Responsibilities: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, or similar) to expand outlines into full ebooks or guides Develop and schedule multi-platform marketing campaigns (short-form video, carousels, threads, etc.) Create email funnels and automations in Mailchimp Write persuasive and engaging email copy, social captions, and YouTube descriptions Suggest and implement marketing tactics that align with our brand tone and growth goals Stay up to date on trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and content engagement Work hours: 32 hours per week EST timezone Apply tot his job
