About Our Client

Our client is a small medical device manufacturing company on the North Shore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digital marketing team from the ground up - one of the key roles will be a Content Marketing Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Company's mission and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and commercial teams to create educational and value-driven content that builds credibility and trust.
• Content Development & Oversight
• Manage the content calendar and maintain the content library across various formats, including blogs, web copy, testimonials, videos, webinars, and more.
• Write and edit compelling copy that supports campaign objectives across digital channels.
• Oversee the development of content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Social Media Strategy & Management
• Own the social media strategy and develop platform-specific content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize posting cadence, and stay abreast of trends and best practices to enhance engagement.
• Creative Leadership
• Translate brand strategy into engaging visual and written content that aligns with Company's commitment to excellence in ART.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all content.
• Develop innovative campaign ideas that capture attention and drive engagement within the fertility care community.
• Performance &Optimization
• Utilize data and insights to inform content planning and measure effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing of content formats, messages, and creative elements to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI).

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:
• B.S. in Marketing, Business or other related field.
• 3-6+ years of digital / content marketing experience.
• Social Media, Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with an editorial mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in translating clinical or technical information into accessible, engaging content.
• Collaborative and team first mindset.
• Ability to effectively work cross functionally across teams and departments.
• Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot.
