Content Marketing Associate Manager - Contract to Hire

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate Manager to support a growing company’s publishing, social media, and admin functions. This role blends content operations, social media management, and executive support—ideal for someone who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment and is eager to scale responsibilities over time. In This Role, You Will: - Publish ~25 blogs per month in the CMS, ensuring proper formatting, links, and basic QA - Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn as the primary channel; Facebook/Instagram secondary; X lower priority) with 2+ posts per week - Maintain a content calendar, coordinating with writers, designers, and leadership to keep workflows on track - Support inbox and calendar management, including organizing emails, vendor/partner outreach, and scheduling (executive remains client-facing) - Collaborate on SOPs, workflows, and processes that support scalability and efficiency - Use ClickUp and similar tools to track tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure accountability ✅ You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have/Are: - 3+ years of experience in content publishing, social media management, or executive/admin support - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance content-related and administrative tasks - Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar project management tools) and social media scheduling platforms - Excellent written communication and attention to detail for formatting, posting, and email handling - Proactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple functions within a growing company - Interested in scaling responsibilities (e.g., managing writers, podcast outreach, deeper strategy support) as the role grows Tools You Might Use: - CMS (WordPress or similar) - ClickUp (or equivalent PM tool) - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (with scheduling platforms) - Google Workspace Position Details: - Part-time role (hours TBD) - Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) - Long-term opportunity with potential to expand responsibilities Apply tot his job
