What you'll do: We’re seeking a Content Marketing Associate to help grow the organic presence of NinjaTrader Live across digital channels. This role goes beyond content posting—it’s about amplifying a brand with a loyal community, shaping conversations, and building a content-driven presence that extends beyond the live stream. Your focus will be executing strategies that drive awareness and transform daily schedules, live show highlights, and guest moments into compelling marketing content across X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. You'll help turn shows into conversation, moments into momentum, and momentum into measurable growth—elevating NinjaTrader Live’s presence across platforms. In this role you will: Promote NinjaTrader Live’s daily schedule and upcoming shows Extend live content with real-time posts, highlight clips, quotes, and recaps Act quickly on market news and in-show moments to turn them into shareable, real-time content Amplify contributors, guests, and partners to broaden reach Maintain a timely, consistent voice that captures NinjaTrader Live’s energy Community Engagement & Culture Spark dialogue and spotlight community voices beyond streaming hours Respond authentically to comments and mentions Highlight standout moments from contributors and audience to build connection Balance energy with credibility by maintaining a voice that’s engaging, transparent, and compliant with financial guidelines Content Coordination Partner with the Creative Content Editor to brief asset needs Manage a clear, organized content calendar Ensure brand consistency across visuals and messaging Performance & Optimization Track KPIs: engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, attribution Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations Test and refine content strategies for awareness, reach, and retention Stay ahead of platform updates and trends What you'll need: 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing—preferably in media, sports, entertainment, or finance Proven ability to execute platform-specific content strategies that drive audience growth and engagement Strong editorial and copywriting skills—able to turn market moments into compelling headlines and social content Skilled at managing content calendars, coordinating assets, and meeting deadlines Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, live-event-driven environment Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency Bonus points for: Knowledge of the Futures space Compensation: The salary range for this role will be $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
