Content Marketing & AI Operations Specialist
What this role is really about: We create a lot of valuable content — videos, podcasts, interviews, property tours — and we’re looking for someone to make sure nothing goes to waste. Your job is to make sure everything is transformed, shared, and seen. You’ll take a single podcast episode and turn it into: A blog post A LinkedIn carousel A Facebook post A YouTube Shorts A newsletter highlight You’ll also write and publish SEO & AIO / GEO-optimized blog articles using internal content and AI tools like ChatGPT, transforming raw material (interviews, transcripts, videos) into clear, well-structured written content for our audience. This is a fully remote role that requires initiative, strong writing and organizational skills, technical know-how, and a sharp understanding of what works across platforms — especially when it comes to visibility and reach. What you’ll do: Turn one piece of content into many formats: SEO & AIO / GEO-optimized blog article, LinkedIn and Facebook post in a relevant format, well-designed email and etc. Write SEO & AIO / GEO-optimized blog articles using internal materials and AI tools like ChatGPT. Create layouts in Figma. Work with HubSpot on emails. Upload and format content across YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, WordPress blog, and newsletters . Use WordPress to publish and optimize content with proper structure, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links. Manage and follow a structured content calendar, with clear deadlines and priorities. Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement) and share reports with improvement suggestions. Build internal checklists and playbooks to speed up repurposing and publishing. Collaborate with our videographer to get the right visual assets. Use AI tools to assist in writing, summarizing, editing, and content ideation. What we’re looking for: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Great writing and editing skills — clear, sharp, and structured Great graphic design skills (in Figma / Adobe or similar) Solid understanding of SEO & AIO / GEO and how to make content rank and perform Confident using AI tools like ChatGPT Experience with creating email newsletters Experience with HubSpot , WordPress Comfortable with remote work and managing your own time Reliable, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple workflows Naturally proactive — you ask, suggest, improve, and solve At Drumelia, we value attitude and initiative above all.
