As a fast-growing company, we are looking for energized team members that are passionate about improving outcomes for patients through our platform.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Designer, Multimedia to join our growing team on a contract basis. As a Content Designer, Multimedia, you will be instrumental in creating animated videos and high-impact downloadable assets that educate prospects and accelerate our sales cycles. Your role will encompass the end-to-end creative process, including collaborating closely with marketers, product managers, and subject matter experts to turn complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives. If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to create innovative solutions, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion & Animation: Own the full animation pipeline—concept, storyboard, style frame, asset creation, motion, sound design, QA, and delivery. Produce short-form content to support marketing and sales goals. Maintain and evolve a motion-design system aligned with CaryHealth brand guidelines. Visual & Print Design: Design short and long-form collateral (case studies, white papers, guides, special reports) that balances readability with brand impact. Establish template systems in Figma to drive consistency and production speed. Collaborate with writers to transform data and clinical insights into scannable layouts, infographics, and iconography. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer-friendly visuals. Present creative concepts to leadership, iterate quickly on feedback, and manage timelines in an agile environment. Maintain a digital asset library and enforce file-naming, versioning, and brand standards. Continuous Improvement: Monitor motion-design and content-marketing trends in SaaS/healthtech and propose experiments. Track performance metrics (view-through rates, asset downloads) to refine creative strategy. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in motion design/animation and marketing content design. Advanced command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and one or more 3-D or motion-graphics tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D). Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or equivalent for long-form collateral and template creation. Portfolio that demonstrates a range of explainer animations and multi-page marketing assets. Solid grasp of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Working knowledge of digital-marketing funnels and the role of gated content. Strong project-management and communication skills—able to hit deadlines in a distributed team. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, life-sciences, SaaS, or highly regulated industries. Familiarity with Lottie/Bodymovin, WebGL, or HTML5 for lightweight web animations. Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design.
