Content Curator - Radiant Mobile
Role Overview Content Curators at Radiant Mobile are instrumental in shaping the content strategy of our ecosystem. We're looking for missional strategists who know how to identify powerful, redemptive, and relevant Christian content and curate it in a way that drives daily engagement, discipleship moments, and behavioral transformation. Content curators also oversee creating exclusive, original content for our subscribers. Content Curation Responsibilities Content Oversight & Scheduling • Secure, oversee, and schedule all content across the Radiant Mobile platform. • Maintain publishing calendars and ensure timely delivery and categorization of content. Content Acquisition & Creation • We have multiple content curator positions open with each focusing on a different area of Christian content for the company such as: • Faith-Based Inspiration/Entertainment (Adult, Teen, Kids) • Religious (Sermons, Daily Devotions, Bible Stories by denomination or sect) • Counseling and Health (Mental Health, Addiction, Counseling, Parenting, etc.) • Kids and Youth Christian content • Curate, create and maintain an evolving Radiant Directory of approved content. Partnership Development • Establish discount partnerships with Christian-owned companies, brands, and product lines that can be offered to Radiant users. • Build strategic relationships with Christian business leaders, athletes, musicians, scholars, and pastors to produce exclusive interviews and features. Campaigns, Sweepstakes & Contests • Develop and manage engaging sweepstakes and contests including: • "Dream come true” experiences (concerts, cruises, VIP event meet and greets) • Fan voting competitions (American Idol style, trending sermons, trending worship songs/bands) Ideal Qualifications • Strong relational network in the Christian ministry, counseling, or faith media world. • Ability to discern and curate across denominations without watering down truth or alienating conviction. • Deep understanding of cultural trends affecting families, tech, faith, purity, addiction, and parenting. • Excellent organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple content streams. • Passionate about Radiant Mobile’s mission, with personal alignment to our values. • Great at editing company "decks", strong research ability and very good communication skills.
