Your mission: Spot trends → Adapt fast → Create content → Drive virality daily ⭐ What You’ll Own 1. Viral Strategy (Core Responsibility) Identify daily trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts Pitch 5–10 viral content ideas every day Adapt trends to AI, marketing, entrepreneurship niches Write scroll-stopping hooks + multiple angles Understand why content goes viral (psychology + structure) Guide during shoots for maximum performance Track performance & optimize based on data You are the trend radar + algorithm strategist 2. Content Oversight & Daily Execution Oversee daily content creation across all platforms Guide and ensure production of: Short-form videos Stories Simple, fast-turnaround content Repurpose existing content into: Multiple formats Platform-specific variations New angles/hooks Handle light editing when needed (basic trims, captions, simple formats — no advanced editing required) Ensure content is: Fast Consistent Aligned with current trends Focus is on speed, volume, and smart repurposing, not heavy production 3.
