Content Creator (Video)

FPO Marketing, a San Antonio-based marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a passionate Content Creator to join our digital team. We work with leading brands at regional, national, and international levels, and we’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and versatile skills to our team. The candidate will collaborate closely with our creative team to concept, produce, and deliver content across digital and social media platforms. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. Key responsibilities: Video Production: • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media and branded content. • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with a strong grasp of technical and creative aspects. • Assist in storyboarding, shot lists and pre-production planning for shoots. Post- Production: • Edit video content for multiple formats and platforms. • Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects that elevate storytelling. • Ensure content is optimized for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency. • Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and polish across deliverables. Creative Collaboration: • Participate in brainstorms and concepting meetings, contributing ideas from a visual and storytelling perspective. • Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life. • Stay current on trends in video, animation, and digital culture, applying fresh techniques to projects. • Bring passion to every project and stay plugged into the latest industry trends. • Excellent collaboration skills.
