Position Summary
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can craft compelling written and visual content across multiple platforms, with a focus on brand consistency, audience engagement, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality content for digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and video scripts.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with branding and campaign strategies.
Conduct research and interviews to create industry-relevant and insightful content.
Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the technology or software development industry.
Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams.
Video editing or podcasting experience.
