Insta Brand mood board/collage sneak peek ( Two major sides to this role, ideally growing from part time to full time. Content Arm: We are looking for a aesthetic-loving, dynamic content creator to help ideate, & film content for our growing TikTok, Instagram and Youtube followings. This role will entail visiting MedSpas, collaborating with and filming influencers, filming yourself, and assisting with community management, while also having a hand in monitoring performance and engagement KPIs to constantly improve our content and reach. This role will offer a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Responsibilities • Work closely with the team to create and maintain brand identity, storytelling, and how we show up in the world • Manage organic TikTok content, Instagram reels and Youtube with a focus on community-building and content creation • Strategize relevant content that resonates with our following and meets brand guidelines, voice, and identity requirements • Own, grow, and engage with our TikTok and Instagram community • Work closely with our designers to drive content creation • Create before and after libraries for relevent social teams. • Work closely with our marketing, design and PR team on capturing content that aligns with our online and offline activations Market Growth Admin Arm: This role blends events, business development, and community. You'll be our IRL presence, creating awareness, building relationships, and helping Upkeep Grow! Point person for our growing database of Influencers, Vendors, Cosmetic Dermatologist, MedSpas, and Strategic Partnerships. This role will entail scheduling and coordinating Zoom meetings, submitting and reconciling booking data reports, performing data entry tasks related to internal trackers, ad hoc support responsibilities. This role will offer a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Responsibilities • Work closely with the team to ensure operations run smoothly • Manage internal trackers and booking reports • Strategize efficiencies • Own, grow, and engage with our strategic partners • Run the google workspace suite with proficiency (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Cal), comfortable in excel and Notion • Marketing & Events brand activations; from creative concepts to execution • Identify and pitch strategic partnerships with community establishments • Manage event calendars • Entrepreneurial and scrappy; you don’t wait to be told, you just make it happen • Excellent relationship-builder, and energizer in social settings • You’re obsessed with culture; and know where our consumer hangs out IRL • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as needed You Are: • Comfortable behind and in front of the camera • A natural story-teller and visual communicator with a genuine love for the industry • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities with a lot of autonomy & flexibility • Team player who maintains composure in high pressure and fast-paced situations • A creative person who is excited to generate and bring new ideas to the table.
