Position Overview The Content Creator & Digital Marketing Lead is a department-of-one role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The position develops and executes national content and digital marketing initiatives, translating complex scientific and clinical concepts into clear, compelling materials for physician and patient audiences. This role plays a key part in educating the market, elevating the brand as a national leader in precision oncology, and supporting aggressive national expansion. It is a hybrid position with time spent between our Glen Burnie office and our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic in Bethesda, working side-by-side with our Founding Physicians to bring the vision to life. Responsibilities include strategy, content creation, digital marketing, campaign execution, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, budget, and performance metrics. • Create and refine visual and written content, including videos, illustrations, presentations, and digital campaigns. • Design and lead physician-focused marketing programs, including case studies, webinars, and toolkits. • Drive patient-facing marketing with educational materials, treatment guides, and testimonials. • Launch integrated campaigns for new clinic openings, coordinating PR, digital advertising, and outreach. • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms and media. • Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance. • Guide creative direction and manage external vendors to ensure quality and ROI. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy. • Track analytics, report KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum five years of marketing or content creation experience; healthcare experience a plus. • Proven ability to translate complex data or concepts into compelling narratives. • Experience producing creative assets across multiple media formats. • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation. • Experience with CMS and digital tools; managing a budget is preferred. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare marketing is preferred. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate ROI. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Based in Maryland and able to travel to clinic locations as needed.
