Content Catalog Specialist (w/ Amazon Experience)

We are looking for a Content Catalog Specialist to create, optimize, and maintain enhanced content for our brand partners amazon and other online catalogs. This includes uploading, updating, and maintaining A+ Enhanced Content images, copy as well as on the Brand Stores and Amazon Posts.
Responsibilities include performing routine and ongoing maintenance, creation of, and updates to Amazon enhanced brand content and other tasks related to the online content for our client portfolio database. Our ideal candidate has essential content creation skills, is a creative problem solver with efficiency, speed, and an eye for detail. Candidates should provide strong written and oral communication skills to convey partners creative messaging as well as experience with online or cloud-based file sharing systems. This role requires a self-starter who is an organized, disciplined person that can multi-task at a very high level and execute on specific timelines and deadlines with minimal direction. You will work with the Brand Management Team, and your peers to problem solve, troubleshoot issues, and manage tasks pertaining to the individual brands content portfolio, as well as interfacing with other departments within the organization. Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is necessary for this plug and play type of position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment. The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time. Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day Moderate noise level Frequently viewing a computer monitor screen up to 8 hours per day

DAILY TASKS:Update vendor portal and online content by inputting assets from source documents and images files and caches on a daily or weekly basis.Review content for any anomalies, deficiencies or errors, take corrective actions and ensure output accuracyUpload, update, and maintain A+ Enhanced Content images and copy, as well as content on Brand Stores and Amazon Posts.Manage the flow of jobs through the specified queue and work together with the team and peers to execute requested tasks promptly.Upload to cloud-based systems and update, print files when neededMaintain and keep current a key contact listing for all customersRespond rapidly to customer and internal queries for informationCollaborate and communicate effectively with all Internal TeamsComply with data integrity, security and backup policiesCreate and present plans and results to partner via PowerPoint presentationsPerform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the client.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, image editing, and presentation softwareFamiliarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central portals is strongly preferredFast, accurate, and detail-oriented in task executionStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a sense of curiosityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to clearly explain design concepts and strategies to brand managers and partners
