At CUBE, You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI research and engineering in developing impactful solutions that are reshaping the world of regulatory compliance.Job Description Expected to consistently develop high-quality backend solutions by: Analyzing and interpreting the requirements to fulfill the domain needs. Guiding the best engineering practices. Ensuring product performance and maintainability by adhering to standards, guidelines, processes, and tools. Actively participating in communication with stakeholders to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose. Prepare the team, delegate Tasks and set deadlines/ETAs. Ability to manage multiple assignments and organize them efficiently Train new employees and provide coaching. Candidate will be responsible for documenting key workflows and keeping the team with accurate and up-to-date information. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of industrial experience on .NET, C#, node, JavaScript. Strong experience in CSS3 and HTML5 must. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality products. Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
