Position: Contact Center Representative - Work From Home
Location: Remote (must reside and work in the state of Texas)
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Compensation: Competitive salary
Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts only (multiple shifts available)
Key Responsibilities
Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates, asking qualifying questions to match them with the best insurance agent for their needs.
Complete follow-up calls to inquire about the consumer's experience and ensure their needs were met.
Remain in frequent communication with leadership and team members through daily chat updates.
Utilize our internally developed platform to take calls, read scripts, and record information about consumer experiences.
Provide exceptional customer service, defusing escalated situations and remaining courteous and patient.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Superior verbal communication skills, with the ability to take charge of conversations and convey enthusiasm and energy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Competent computer skills, with experience using software applications and navigating multiple screens.
Receptive to coaching and feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong written communication skills, with attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Multi-tasker, with the ability to handle back-to-back calls and prioritize tasks.
