Baystate's Call Center, located in Holyoke, MA, supports our Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region. We are seeking a customer service focused individual to join our Primary Care line at our Contact Center !

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Call Center representative is responsible for receiving and responding to inbound calls from patients and performing an array of duties that include, but are not limited to, scheduling onsite appointments, data entry, faxing and scanning medical documents, and other administrative tasks.
SCHEDULE:
? Full Time M-F 8am-5pm
? No Weekends or Holidays.

? Holyoke, MA

QUALIFICATIONS:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent.
? Customer service background preferred.
? Will need to be able to type a minimum of 40wpm
