The Contact Center Guided Solutions Phone Banker at Regions Bank is responsible for enhancing customer relationships by engaging in needs-based conversations regarding various financial products and services. This remote position focuses on achieving contact center targets through effective communication and problem resolution, while also providing education on loan and deposit products.
Responsibilities
Ā Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services, including all loan and deposit products.

Ā Fields inbound phone calls from Regions' customers with a high potential to pursue further transactions.

Ā Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution.

Ā Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized.

Ā Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED

Ā Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps) for remote work
,
Ā Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps) for remote work

Ā Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from provider
