Job Summary As a Consumer Programs Supervisor - Remote US, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of remote outbound sales agents, driving sales growth, and achieving departmental targets. This is an agile position that requires adaptability, strong leadership skills, and a passion for sales excellence. Key Responsibilities As a Consumer Programs Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include: Team Leadership : Supervise a team of 15-25 remote outbound sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales growth and excellence. Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement detailed plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals, analyzing sales results and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Agent Development and Training : Conduct weekly team meetings, provide one-on-one coaching, and develop sales training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge. Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition to drive sales growth and excellence. Communication and Collaboration : Work closely with PCC Operations Manager, Lead Sales Coach, and other supervisors to ensure alignment and achieve departmental targets. Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports, graphs, and business correspondence to inform sales strategies and measure performance. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Consumer Programs Supervisor - Remote US, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience directing and managing individuals or a team in a high-volume sales environment. Proven sales success as measured by level of sales performance against established goals and objectives. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills , with the ability to effectively communicate with management, agents, and guests. Strong organizational and prioritization skills , with the ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and basic knowledge of employment law. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the travel industry or a related field. Knowledge of sales coaching strategies and techniques. Experience with Siebel and other sales applications .
