Consumer Insights Summer Internship
Under Armour seeks a Consumer Insights Intern for Summer 2026 to conduct research, analyze data, and deliver insights supporting business impact. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support fieldwork research efforts by conducting interviews and focus groups with student athletes • Gather valuable feedback to inform business decisions • Analyze data and create reports to share insights with the team • Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with a global mindset • Work one-on-one with a mentor on a hands-on, self-driven project About You The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program with expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027 • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with qualitative research and survey tools such as Qualtrics • Background in consumer insights or consulting projects • Strong communication, research, and project management skills Compensation & Benefits • Relocation assistance provided • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule at Baltimore, MD headquarters Training & Development • Access to interactive Q&A sessions with executives • Professional development opportunities with talent advisors • Mentorship throughout the 12-week internship How to Apply Resume review begins immediately upon application.
