What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods in the Consumer Experience Center
- Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate consumer needs
- Maintain knowledge of AdventHealth service offerings and contact center technologies
- Confirm consumer identity and resolve inquiries accurately and promptly
- Initiate insurance eligibility and scheduling to maximize resource utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a call center OR 2 years' prior experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated behavior aligned with AdventHealth's mission, vision, and values
- Critical-thinking skills to resolve consumer inquiries and scheduling conflicts
- Knowledge of healthcare setting focused on patient care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of experience in a healthcare setting focused on patient care
- Associate's degree
