 This position is included in TSI's Equipment Deposit Program. A refundable deposit for all company issued equipment is required for work at home positions included in the company Equipment Deposit Program. Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of previous collections experieince required
- Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
- Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
- Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
